Our delivery prices are arranged into groups.
The cost is calculated for each parcel containing 1–3 panel/s. Each order may include up to 12 panels (max 30 kg). If you wish to order outside the following locations or more than 12 panels, please contact us via mail.

All claims are handled individually and fairly with the aim of finding a solution – repair, replacement, or compensation.
The mounting accessories accompany your panel within the package, ready to find their place in your home. Choose the fasteners that suit the nature of your wall surface, and let your piece settle gently. Its weight varies softly with the colour and fabric you have chosen – resting between 1.6 and 2.1 kg.
Like a delicate petal, the panel must never be folded, only guided gently into its place.

Each Chéloin design is crafted with care, and we encourage you to care for it in return. With just a little attention and mindful care, your newly purchased Chéloin piece will stay as timeless and harmonious as the day it was crafted.
Proper maintenance not only extends the life of the product – it also helps to reduce its impact on the environment. When it endures, fewer resources are needed, and its story continues gracefully through the years.
Though wool naturally renews itself, occasional airing in fresh outdoor air will refresh the material and help it stay beautifully clean.
You can also take care of your panel by vacuuming it from time to time using a soft brush or light curtain nozzle. In heavy stains gently clean surfaces with a soft, dry cloth, and if needed, with mild detergent.
The lifecycle of our acoustic panels is typically estimated to be at least 30 years, depending on the installation environment, maintenance, and any possible variables eg. mechanical damage.
The panels retain their shape even at 100% relative humidity and do not sag or warp.
The panels themselves are non-combustible (class A1) and repel micro-organisms.
We hope your Chéloin panel brings harmony to your space for many years, and that you care for it gently to extend its life. But if the time comes when your panel can no longer serve its purpose, you may send it back to us to begin again.
When your Chéloin acoustic panel has brought its last whisper of calm to your home, you may return it to us and receive a gift voucher toward a new piece. The materials of your well-loved panel will be carefully separated, cleaned, and reworked. These renewed fibres and structures will become part of something beautiful in the future – a continuation, crafted with purpose and respect for the world around us.
Please let us know about your return through our online form or by email. You will receive the return instructions digitally, delivered with care. Kindly note that we can accept only authentic Chéloin panels.
Once your panel has been received and processed, we will send you a 50 € gift voucher by email. This voucher can be used toward a full-price Chéloin panel in our official online store. (One voucher may be used per order.)
